Tim is a retail and technology marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience in building innovative marketing organizations. He has successfully led growth initiatives and built high-performing marketing functions at several early-stage technology start-ups, and held corporate sales and marketing roles of increasing scope and responsibility in the U.S. and overseas.
Prior to Pensa, Tim served as VP of Marketing at Label Insight, a fast growing, venture-backed SaaS provider that helps CPG brands and grocery retailers grow through improved product content, insights and activation. Label Insight was acquired by NeilsenIQ. Prior to that, he led marketing functions at OpinionLab, a digital Voice of the Customer pioneer, which was acquired by Verint Systems.
Earlier in his career, Tim held sales, marketing and product management leadership roles at technology companies including Motorola Solutions, Motorola Mobility and AT&T amongst others.
Tim holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and an MBA and BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is active in non-profit organizations and has served on several non-profit boards.
